What We Do
Our Vision
Our vision began in 1999 with a pilot program involving a few cars and a few youth. It proved to be a workable program, and by late 2002 our small team of volunteers and staff were ready to launch!
Today, we are a youth training center that prepares young men and women for a satisfying life of work in any number of trades! We are a licensed automobile dealership that refurbishes and sells donated vehicles.

Youth Involvement
About 6 hours a week, youth aged 15-25 will get hands-on experience working on basic automotive, small engines, detailing, welding and other automotive-related trades.
The youth will work one-on-one with a mentor in a safe and supportive environment. The content of the mentorship will be tailor-made to fit the interests and ability of the youth.

When you buy a vehicle from Youth Unlimited / The Shop, we include all the licensing fees in the price. Since you are buying a vehicle that was donated to a charity, there will not be any tax added to the sale. We are an Ontario Motor Vehicle Dealer, fully registered with OMVIC, and will process all the paperwork for you and include the licensing and ownership transfer for no extra charge. You can buy with peace of mind, confidence, and without worrying about extra fees or taxes. It’s a win-win for all of us!
